movement of energy and life-force through the body for healing and balance.
Yirser Ra Hotep (Elvrid C. Lawrence) is a master instructor of Yoga who is recognized internationally for his unique contribution to the science of
Yoga.
He leads workshops and teacher trainings throughout the world and
has been seen on the Oprah Winfrey Show and many other national and
international publications.
